Hell yeah! I remember when the first R1 came out in 1999. I wanted one so bad but the waiting list was a long one so I waited and bought the 2001. This is the bike that made all the other manufacturers look on with despair. I still have mine. Yup, the blue one. All nice and shiny too.

This comercial is pure crazyness! And to all of you talking about how the yamaha has spirit..thats bullshit. The R1 sucks. the only bike that is worse than it is the honda, and thats not saying too much. I'd rather buy a suzuki, than this P.O.S. bike. The ZX10 is the ultimate liter bike. The R1 is marketed twards short women, and sissy boys, judging from this comercial. GO KAWASAKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bike is about the choice of the rider, but the rider makes the most, we don't give a s**t about the brand... If you feel well on a bike than it's nobody else's problem...

Go ride your ZX 10 if you like it, some prefer an R1... It's not your problem...

Best ad!!!!!!!!!! Gets the spirit in the mood for a ride. If ever you sell your R1 you will know what it means when he says"where are you my spirit? DON'T EVER LEAVE ME AGAIN" I love yamaha!!!

That commercial is WAAAAAAY too much for that bike. that should be a commercial for adoption, or cancer treatment or something. That is way too deep, expecially for a R1
