@MechaStudios I used styks but it sucked. It's kinda good ( better then pivot ) but you can't make the animations long. If you color something big you wont be able to make more then 50 frames . . .
@Gotenks358 on pivot I made an animation thousands of frames long, not long after the computer got a trojen virus and the animation and like 200 others where wiped off it.
If he were to do this in pivot it would take him a lot less time and frustrations, thus making the overall video better i bet he had to ease like 2000 times for that vid or more

You can tween with TISFAT. :p Which means you don't have to animate frame by frame, you can have a large gap in the movements and TISFAT will animate the inbetweens =]

I prefer tisfat to pivot because in pivot you have to animate each frame...tisfat has keyframes and tweening like flash so it animates some parts automatically
Not because I don't like TISFAT, I just think animating should be done frame by frame. To me, tweening isn't really animating. It's just making the program animate for you.
It doesn't matter if it's that easy, StriderXII. What matters is: Does the animation entertain you and/or others? Ease alone doesn't make TISFAT worse.
However, while this program does look (and is described as) easier than Pivot, I have yet to find a TISFAT animation that is the same quality as a pro's Pivot animation. But maybe it's just me, seeing that I've only seen 4 videos. I'll look around.

I dont like tisfat, because, if you dont understand you cant do anything, but with pivot, you think "Hey, I wonder what moving one of the blobs and pressing next frame does?" And that's what makes it better.
That's my point. It may be easier, and I know it can be a LOT smoother than pivot, but if you dont have internet access then you're kind of stuck. And if you check out barfsonyou's pivot animation fight it is almost always mistaken for tisfat, so it isn't always smoother.

I dont like tisfat, because, if you dont understand you cant do anything, but with pivot, you think "Hey, I wonder what moving one of the blobs and pressing next frame does?" And that's what makes it better.

That's my point. It may be easier, and I know it can be a LOT smoother than pivot, but if you dont have internet access then you're kind of stuck. And if you check out barfsonyou's pivot animation fight it is almost always mistaken for tisfat, so it isn't always smoother.

Tisfat is not better than pivot its just easier and it for beginners who have a rought time making all the frames themselves so they need it to work out all the in between frames (or what ever you call it) i like pivot better because it harder( i kno that sounds wierd) but it goes beyond tisfat so you can learn to animate better.

And im not sure if ur up to date... But erm... Tisfat has ALL the Features that Pivot does (create stick, TK, Non Ragdoll, Lines Ect)Also i dont think tisfat ether pivot is making us "good" at animating... For that u need to be a great artest Able to 3D render Most and pretty much every object.

"whats a Keyframe Layer?" "how do i create Stick?" This aint a Fucking Pre-school book. Does pivot have Realistic Ragdoll Motion Effects? Nope... Even if it did... People wouldn't know how the FUK how to use it.

I dont see pivot having any Blood thats not a sprite made by some one, I dont see pivot having any Re-sizable Stage to See out side of the Movie. Dont see pivot having Ragdoll effects in which u can turn on and off... You Think flash is hard? Key frames and layers to messed up? then fuk off tisfat aint much diffrent

Go TISFAT and Flash MX! Screw Pivot and CS3!!! Awsome vid Sammy! At least someone understands true animation!(tho TISFAT does copy alot of flsh traits, and TisfatTOO needs alot more debugging than most beta releases.)

tisfat is much better thans pivot(for me)because tisfat motion tweens like u could do flips better and walk better and even make ur animation less than pivot animations take :)
