I'm trying to improve with my left hand. And guys, he only slightly carried the ball. I do that every once in a while. They call it a lot more in highschool than in college or pro though. You see Steve Nash carry a lot.

this carrys the ball a lil bit...dont put your hand under the ball they'll call you for a violation. keep your hand on top of the ball...but other than that good vid.

palm of the hand should not touch the ball, rist work, main fingers, etc, etc. That's relevant, but ok, at least you shared something!

when u have done it for a long time, try running and dribbling with you left hand... then switch to right, then left and keep dribbling, then you know u have the finishing touch
