Its a bug flying. Looks like a streak because this is the distance it flew while the lens was open taking the shot. If you look into "shutter speed", you will see. In a photo editing program u will see what ISO, shutter speed and fstop and will notice the shutter speed will be like 1/2 second. The camera recorded 1/2 second on 1 photo, so everything that moves is a streak... I guess you deleted my link to the proof of this being a bug?

@ZeroGravityShufflers i noticed the same. If the artifact was actually captured on the sensor, then it would have to be lit by a reflection from one of the glass pieces of the lens. The artifact is lit from the underside and opposite side of where the sun would be based on the lighting and shadows of the hedges.

Hi Bap, I think you should go back to the exact spot you took the pic from, and take a wider pic, for this could be a long branch from a tree (perhaps a dead one with no leaves) that stands out, and we can't see the rest of the tree on the pic. The only way to be sure is to go back and check if it's this or not. If not it's freaky! Let me know by pm or so when you have double-checked, ok?
