  • so cute! :D

  • me and you should get together and have a scorpion and cricket play date.

  • u just made my bearded dragon attack my screen.

  • @Roger5970

    LOL

  • he's adorable. i own a female cricket, her name is jasmine.

  • tht is the most pointless pet

  • did he die within a week?

  • @TheAnimaldude55 i doubt it. i have had jasmine for like 3 weeks and she did not die.

  • why does he not jump out

  • @hugoooo45 because he loves the attention and food he gets.

  • i usually get crickets for my reptiles but i will sometimes keep one as a pet. they are fun little things to watch

  • lol my lizards would love to eat it. And no affense, but i think it is kinda sad to have a pet cricket... they live, what, a week? and what is so fun about them? you can't rly handle them, get a lizard(bearded dragon is what i have)

  • Some Crickets are used for gladiator in china

  • thats cool! but why?

  • its a mole a mole i tell it has hair and u can see it very easly on your mothes back u idiot and i think its about time you shave it

  • That doesn't look like a cricket. I think it's a potato bug.

Anyways, I've got seven crickets right now. I actually breed them for my tarantula but they're awesome pets.

  • thats a scary looking cricket

  • he needs more space mate lol but pretty cool anyway i have 6 black crickets about 2cm lon each in an old tesco croissant container they love coffee and sugar water :P

  • boring.

  • Cute, but you should probably not keep them as pets. They do deserve to live outside, even though it's hard parting with them.

I love my Tristin, I don't want to let her go, but I feel as though I must. (Tristin is a female cricket who--- has mental issues, seperation anxiety, and.... I don't know. Leave it to me to get the insane insect. XD)

  • actullally many people keep crickets and grasshoppers as pets

  • Oh, wow. lol Where have I been?

O_O Tristin dissapeared a while ago. God, I miss her.

  • have you found her?

  • No. She was in a tank with cockroaches and--- some other roaches, and she disappeared.

She was on her last leg, anywho. -_- I miss her, though.

  • you'll find another. just in the backyard.

  • Well, I don't like taking in insects that don't need me. I just--- keep nature where it is.

I only take in things who need me.

  • good idea.

  • ^^ And I usually let nature unfold, if they are sick, hurt or old. Taking them home would just cause more stress than they deserve.

  • how long do they live?

  • Do these crickets bite cause Ive grabbed all kinds of ckrickets and grasshopers and the only ones that bit me were locusts and katydids. The rest ozzed out some strange coffee colored liquid.
