  • dungeeons are good, but the boss is shit

  • Ghiraham: isn't my black skin beautiful? *dances around room creepily*

it's so amazing and sexy and rock hard! muahahahahaaa! wheeee! ok, let's battle!

    Link: *has left the room*

  • I still miss Volvagia wack-a-mole :(

  • Me: Ok, time to fight the boss. I wonder what I'll be fighting?

    Ghirahim:Oh, hello there, Link.

Me: 0_o ...Well, at lest he cant jump out of the TV, thank the goddess.

  • I think what they should of done was have an evil Eldin as the boss of the Fire Sanctuary. Eldin could have become cursed (similar to Levias) and you fight him. Once you defeat him, he regains his senses. Once you do to the Song of the Hero quest, you meet him again and he teaches you the song because you proved your courage and he's thankful you saved him. I think i would of been better instead of him just giving you the song for free, but that's just what I think.

  • The few dungeons (Flordia, Fire Sanct.) (The Triforce one. Good puzzle but still lacking) really disappointed me. They were lacking something and were extremely short however I did like the orchestra for this one.

  • @FinalFinale789 They were supposed to be shorter in exchange for more out-of-dungeon gameplay. I absolutely loved the dungeons. However, they could've been a little harder...

  • While all the other dungeons in Skyward Sword music gave you a "Hurry up!" feeling (even Ancient Cistern) this one gives you a "Take your time, after this you'll see Zelda. Make the best out of it." feeling.

  • @tehsourmango no wonder I was there for a long time

  • this dungeon is awesome! one thing that disappointed me was that it was too easy and linear, not to mention the mini boss and the boss battle was disappointing. oh well.... it is still awesome and it is my favorite fire dungeon in the seires. :D

  • @crocasaur dont forget that there was more than one miniboss, this dungeon has the most minibosses in the series and some of them were challenging dont forget the two black lizalfos ;)

the boss was cool for me he resist so long!!

  • @ACMilanW960i yea fighting the lizalfos was very fun, and the boss was challenging and fun, but i expected a dragon or an owl or something.

  • this dungeon is way easier then the last two

  • @0551E80Y but better enemys and especially the design and music were awesome!!

  • thumbs up if you too love fight ghirahim :D

  • This temple was a BADASS!!! I mean it in an AWESOME way of course!!

  • Who got disapointed when you saw that ghirahim was the boss and not a big ass flying lava hyper drago beast that is covered in flames :(

  • @Ninteadlnd because the dragons are the good guys in this game.

  • @Fluxriflex2 Volvagia is dragon, and he was boss in Ocarina of Time inside Fire Temple.

  • @Ninteadlnd I got disappointed by the fact that it's practically the SAME FREAKING BOSS FIGHT!

  • @wolfpack450 yeah!

  • @Ninteadlnd I didn't. I love fighting Ghirahim! I just don't like his creepy personality.

  • @Homestar98 Well he was really awesome to fight, specially the third time, but two times would have been enough for me, and the final temple should have deserved an awesome boss!

  • @Homestar98 FAGGOT DON'T CHA U GET IT, that wat makes him speacial

  • @GodzonFire90 No need for profanity, man.

  • @Ninteadlnd congratulations you said all what volvagia is

  • @Ninteadlnd Well I wasn't really disapointed, but I hoped for a part 2 which had that huge lava monster. But when I saw the piece of heart I was like: "This was it?"...

  • this music is the only relaxing dungeon theme that doesn't tell you to get your butt moving. :D

  • @marzgirl99 and then the temple gets mad and starts to attack you with it's lava hands

  • at da part where u blow up da rock underground 2 make da lava flow, Link's jus sittin there waitin as da bomb explodes and da lava's flowin, im like WHAT DA HELL U DOIN WATCHIN DA LAVA, LETS GET OUTTA HERE

  • I felt so stupid when I found out you could stab those plants after an hour of running around :(

  • @cormeaga ikr, not 2 mention em poking me so much

  • this was my favorite dungeon (besides the worms)

  • Am I the only one that thinks Fire Sanctuary is the same place as OOT's Fire Temple?

I'm not sure if I'm being really obvious or if im looking way too deep into it.

  • @destructioncs it could be and the fire dragon could be the father of volvagia :)

  • I love the fact that you can fly to the sky or descend from it inside this temple XD

  • This is my favorite dungeon, the interior and exterior design, the puzzles, the 2nd Ghiriham boss fight, it was great.

  • @Nenie yes its the best, but Sky keep was also incredible!!

I think this is the best designed Dungeon in the Zelda history!!

  • Some people at school say they thought this temple was stupid because it was like a second fire temple. I actually think this is a real good and original temple. The castle-like entrance and design looks awesome! The boss was also a suprise! I like the fact that there isn't a real pattern in the dungeons.

  • @AaaronioD for me the best temple in the game!

  • This dungeon was kinda nice, but there are still a couple of chests I can't reach. In both Normal and Hero Mode, I've made all my researches and I can't get them!

  • @GanonAkumaFan search it in one of theme there is a ..........Bottle!!!!

  • @ACMilanW960i Thanks for the info, but I still don't know how to get it...

  • @GanonAkumaFan you must go to the first room mit the Magma Hand and use your new item for the hole and kill this hand then a new path is open and you get the bottle!

search here in youtube, i have seen this before!!

  • @ACMilanW960i Thanks! I will try sometime.

  • @GanonAkumaFan one of em (by lava hand) after you've made ur way 2 da other door climbing da vines, there's a hole where u can dig underground, (u'll find out da rest from dat point) and da other one, rite after u dive into one of da low statues, when u climb da vines look around wit yo clawshot and u'll see a chest next 2 some other vines

  • @GanonAkumaFan Look, the chests are simple. Just explore EVERY room.

  • @thedivinity24136 Oddly, you were right, so I kinda feel idiot...

  • @GanonAkumaFan Don't, I missed one Chest there on my first run through. On hero mode, I came back, and it was unbelievably obvious.

  • @thedivinity24136 The thing I hate about this dungeon: when you do everything you can to get to the unopened chests, and then you discover they only hold a red rupee. Pretty frustrating... Except for the bottle one, which can actually be useful.

  • @thedivinity24136 Same thing for me, but I rushed a little bit my Normal Mode to enter the Hero one faster, but then I wondered where the fifth bottle was...

    Important to know that chest

  • My favorite dungeon ! Didn't like boss though.

  • Mogma:WHAAA HOT HOT

    Me:*leaves room*

    Mogma:FINE THEN I WON'T SHARE MEH TREASURE.

Me:*beats boss and gets true master sword and leaves*

  • The instruments, whatever they are, sound like the Fire Temple theme SO DAMN MUCH.

  • Mogmas.

    WHAHAHAA!! HOT, HOT, WAHAHAHHAHAAA!!

  • I swear: Fire Sanctuary reminds me of Feudalistic Japan.

  • I hate saving the Mogmas.

    YO! SAVE MEH!

  • @Diwvsen I love MM as much as the next guy but... What? MM was good because it lacked dungeons? That's the absolute worst part of MM!

  • @DoubleZDogg lol your reaction was the exact same thing I had when i was reading his comment XD

  • @Diwvsen I totally agree. I spent so much time just getting and preparing for dungeons in MM. Stone Tower Temple took me 5 hours to complete! Skyward Sword's take me 1-2 at most. But if you ask me to pick between Skyward Sword and Majora's Mask, I couldn't answer. They are both magnificent games in their own ways.

  • Maybe it's just the beginning part of the music, but does this remind anybody else of the Stone Tower Temple in MM?

  • @pingasluigi25 it reminds alot of people of stone tower temple. the music, design and more....

  • I didn't like this temple. Sure the puzzles were good...but why another fire temple? We already had the earth temple

  • @TheBiggamer64

well OOT had two forest and fire dungeons

  • @Gg66dolphin more or less

  • @TheBiggamer64 It's worth mentioning that at least there wasn't a second water temple. THAT'd be something to complain about <_<.

  • My favorite temple in the game, but Ghirahim was kinda lame.

  • This sounds very goron-ish if I do say so myself. Proper for a fire temple. :P

  • This soundtrack will be nostalgic in about ten years. One of the best tracks in the game imo! :)

Just like the spirit temple from OOT, that soundtrack is also very nostalgic by now... :)

  • you know what i hated the most about this game it lacked temples there were only 7 WTF NIETENDO

  • @GodzonFire90 Wind Waker only had 6... and Majora's mask only had 4.

Plus they made up having few dungeons by having plenty of work/puzzles and things to do between them.

  • @Tezcatlepocatl and twilight princess (not my favorite) its still good has 8!

  • @GodzonFire90 Majora's mask had 4 for godsake

  • @0danmaster0 And this is one of the reasons why I hated MM.

  • In my opinion, I don't think this should have been one of the last dungeons. Compared to the other dungeons in Skyward Sword, I found this one a little lacking.

  • best dungeon in the game thats all i hav 2 say its so brilliant

  • Still missing the variation...

  • Still missing the variation...

  • Welcome back, Crash Bandicoot music ! 8D

  • loved this dungeon.

  • hated this dungeon.

  • this one reminds me of stone tower temple

  • Does no-one else get reminded of that part in Rayman 2, which also involved the use of Fruit to navigate over Lava and was also a Sanctuary?

  • @ShadowKreach Oh my God YES.

  • There is a duality of dungeons on Oot:

    Forest - Deku Tree/Forest Temple

    Fire - Dodongo's Cavern/Fire Temple

    Water - Jabu Jabu's Belly/Water Temple

Shadow - Bottom of the Well/Shadow Temple

And both of them do the spirit temple.

  • @ninjakaratepandaman I kinda agree, but there is no Hyrule Castle dungeon to match with Ganon's Castle. (I don't consider it as a dungeon...)

  • @Cola160

The drawbridge would have been an intense boss.

  • @Okapi540

My interpretation was a duality of Forest, Fire, Water, Shadow, and Spirit.

    Young Link / Adult Link

    Deku Tree / Forest Temple

    Dodongo's Cavern / Fire Temple

    Jabu-Jabu's Belly / Water Temple

Bottom of the Well / Shadow Temple

Spirit Temple (both had to do it)

  • @GilvaSunner

I think you forgot the outside variation of this temple.

  • it would have been cooler if the boss was Eldin corrupted by ghirahim's magic. i mean the boss is disappointing since it is a ramatch against ghirahim, and Eldin doesnt do anything in the game, despite him being the coolest dragon.

  • This temple and its music remind me so much of Stone Tower Temple-it felt a lot like that temple.

  • when I was at the bridge and couldn't remember wich side... go all the way back to the hint or loose one heart in a try?

    JUMP ALL THE SIDES!!!

  • @me01010 Fi could tell you the hint again anywhere in the sanctuary...

  • Comment removed

  • i love this part

  • I was a bit disappointed that there were two fire dungeons... But I think this was good enough to make up for it.

  • @Fueledbychapstick There are two fire dungeons in Ocarina :) also two grass/forest-themed dungeons, water etc etc etc

  • @wordshock Haha, you're right; I don't know why I didn't think of that. :P

  • @wordshock I've always seen the Dodongo's Cavern as an earth-themed dungeon and Jabu-Jabu's Belly as an electricity-themed dungeon, not that the fire and water aren't important in them. Dunno what to say about the Deku Tree, though. Wind, maybe? I dunno, you fall.

  • I absolutely LOVE the design of this temple.

The gates which you move via underground switches...

Every time you cross the bridges you know you're one step closer to the end...

The leap of faith down to the lava was SWEET...

But who knew that at the end would be a narcissistic megalomaniac who loves his own skin. :O

  • The setting and music almost remind me of Imperial China

  • @rcd615 Yeah, the first thoughts when hearing this were "China" for me too, maybe even Tibet. Reminds me a bit of Majora's Mask which also had some Chinese theme going on (Clock Town etc)

  • After the hearing the music for the volcano area I was hoping for the dungeon music to be slightly evil sounding as well. Although it wasn't, this song isn't bad either.

  • I hated this dungeon so much. There were 2 times where this dungeon just had me stumped. One was stabbing the damn water plant and the second was overlooking this one hole that was hidden behind a torch. So much time wasted researching each room trying to make sure I didn't miss anything, including trying to attempt to get that mogma down from that chain. UGH!

  • I have to admit that I was pretty mad about there being two fire temples in this game... I liked them both, but that seemed like such a waste. I enjoyed this a lot more than the Earth Temple, though.

  • one of my favorite themes

  • Does this remind anyone of the Wind Temple from Wind Waker? Not the dungeon, but the music? All the different musical instruments coming together? Around :19 this sound reminds of the beginning of the Wind Temple music.

  • This dungeon's music is probably the catchiest to me.

  • This game has thirsty doors. That is all.

  • Best dungeon + Best dungeon music

  • when i beat Skyward Sword i actually thought it was pretty short, then i looked at my total playtime and i had 45 hours played XD

  • Well, the Earth Temple Boss should have been a dragon, so...

    BOSS, Y U NO HO-OH?

  • @ninjakaratepandaman The top of the drawbridge is King DeDeDe if it makes you happy.

  • @ninjakaratepandaman I missed the part where ho-oh was a dragon

  • @ninjakaratepandaman thats right, i should be some kind of phoenix or a dragon... in a epic fly-on-your-loftwing battle, just like levias... atleast parts of it :D

  • I LOVE THIS MUSIC SO MUCH!

  • I think the part I'll remember most about this temple, is that place called the bridge of decision.

Link's got a lot of guts to blindly dive toward a pool of lava!

  • @TurquoiseStar17 I didn't even both solving the puzzle. I'm just like, "Link should have been left-handed, let's do some justice" and leaped off the edge without thinking. I was correct.

  • @TurquoiseStar17 yeah i remember that part but i thought it was stupid for one reason, will link really do that i mean if it were real life n he fucks up n burns to death....... well yeah there goes our hero!

  • @TurquoiseStar17 ahem... triforce of COURAGE...

  • @TurquoiseStar17 Yeah, a smarter decision would be to first throw something to make sure there actually IS a bridge so Link doesn't actually get his guts burned out, heheh.

  • Spiral Staircase... with broken parts... without the map being changed...

Twilight Princess Hyrule Castle Dungeons maybe?

  • Weren't there two versions of this song? One for the inside, and one for outside? I think this is the outside (which is my favorite of the two. ;)

  • The temples may be short, but they're compensated by the long quests you have to do before getting to them.

  • @giratina101 even the quests were short

  • BOSS, Y U NO DRAGON?!

  • @name8895 Ghirahim : U MAD? "trollface"

  • @modirufa6317 Challenge accepted.

  • @name8895

    because...Ghirahim.

  • @MiddiMiii NOOOOEEEES!!!!!

  • @name8895

    incomming rape.

  • Dark Lizalfos = black/purple skinned Mr. Ts

  • My favourite dungeon with Ancient Cistern coming a close second. Too bad the dungeons in this game are short. I would've preferred longer and harder dungeons :/

  • Probably one of my favourite dungeons. Though I will admit I'll never like the Lizalfos. xD Nasty buggers, those...

  • We must admit it : even if temples in this game are pretty short, they are probably the most well-designed temple in all zelda games.

  • @modirufa6317 Hmm, short? No. Small, yes, but short, no. Maybe that's just me. >_<

  • @modirufa6317 Short, and one could almost say SIMPLE. And yet they are incredibly entertaining, and you feel like you accomplished something challenging every time you finished one. Without a doubt, Skyward Sword had genius dungeon design.

  • @modirufa6317 ya but not all temples are short such as the lanayru mining facility and they are much more denser. Rather then 50 rooms they have so many things to do in one room.

  • @modirufa6317 Stone Tower Temple would like to have a word.

  • @Killsringman Stone tower temple? Is this from majora's mask because I didn't finished the game yet (stuck to ikana valley). I heard this one's awesome.

  • @modirufa6317 you have to finish ikana valley as fast as possible. i had the same problem. I was stuck on ikana valley for almost a year, then i solved it and played through stone tower temple and finished it blind. it was the best experience in the entire video game series. also it is my favorite dungeon in the series.

  • I remember going through this dungeon during Thanksgiving dinner.

  • :D It's so catchy!

  • Under rated dungeon; one of the best.

  • No top comments?

This is my chance....Uh...FIRE, FIRE ,BURN BURN!!

    HAHAHAHAH

  • @Maklopdsreturned nope.avi

  • @Maklopdsreturned I am suddenly reminded of Xanauzumaki's Twilight Princess Abridged...

  • @MissRora Interesting...

  • This and the Ancient Cistern, the best dungeons.

  • @RichlerKazama this is my favorite dungeon AND SONG

  • Comment removed

  • @badmintonfan15 nope.

  • @ULTIMAFOX22 What was his comment? Because it's erased now, and I was wondering what it was.

  • great song love it
