It depends on the person. Some people can do three sets with 90 seconds in between, while some people can do more. My best day was six sets with 90 seconds in between and 2 minutes rest in between the last two sets.
Do about 3-4 sets without compromising your form. I like doing the routine on Mondays and Wednesdays, running on Tuesday and Thursday, and doing a fitness test on Fridays (diagnostic). Hope this helps. HOOAH!
