This phone does everything except cooking. It was a good deal or RAM: 512mb(same as the iPhone 4). The processor is 750Hz. If you wanted to be faster just turn of HTC layers and the phone is fast as he'll!!!. I had the HTC TILT (which is the one before) and I loved it! I was able to do everything. From essays on word, to sheets on Excel! Games are bad thoug.

It's only $750 if you buy it with no contract (Which even wouldn't work on T-Mobile's signal anyway). Even The Magic is at least $600 if you buy it with no contract.

I'm pretty sure they'll the TP2 make it in the 250-299 price range with a two year contract.

Wow, that seems quite impressive. I have the HTC 6800, it's been dropped, scratched, abused, but still works. Well, except for the usb port which is loose.

I do hope this comes out for Sprint, I'll buy it even without a service contract. AT&T doesn't have newer broadband speeds for it, and Verizon will only cripple it. (they disable wi-fi and other things on their phones)

I think this is already available unlocked on eBay - but its REALLY PRICEY. According to my research, this phone will be out on July 22nd for T-Mobile. Not sure when/if it will be available on at&t.

Why does HTC still use resistive touch screen and 65k colours for a phone that is developed months later than the iphone? Comparing to iphone, it uses capacitive touch screen with 16million colours. That's high tech right there. Are all other touch phone manufacturers lagging behind in technology?

I'm hoping it will have proper driver supper, including 2D acceleration as well as 3D. If I could play emulators like GBA, SNES, Finalburn (mame), then I'd be happy. It would be interesting to run FPSeCE (playstation) and see what speeds it achieves.
