Check out any of the various versions of "Goodbye and So Long To You" from the tour -- Alison has gotten well past "the same as always" and "pretty voice." Imo they've pretty much met each other halfway -- Robert has learned harmony singing and broadened his emotional range as a vocalist a great deal; Alison has learned how to rock out with an outstanding electric band and added some welcome spontaneity and sass to her fundamental sweetness and excellent but rather measured musicianship.
luv it!! robert always had folk in his rock. alison seems to have loosened up, although "sleazy" is a bit much. and "seasoned"? alison does have a trove of grammies, you know. like more than anybody else as i recall.

Yeah, Jerry or Buddy Miller any day before the madly egotistical and wildly overrated Page.

nice! Really don't understand the question, Robert is far more seasoned and experienced. Alison sounds basically the same as always..pretty voice.
