I 'm referring to Portugal's and mainly to Italy's songs, that were and still are just from another planet compared to such a shit as this " winning " stuff !!!

That's why I talked of innovative swedish music , looking at some comments celebrating this bat tasty trash and their pathetic performers .

this 1984 is one of the reasons why the Eurovision fell down to the bottom

and got reduced to a senseless, insignificant, rubbishy musical event nobody skilled even 1% in music cares anymore .

@Kokka985 Portugal? Spanish is an ugly language...the only reason you are in the eurovision at all. Is because you got 50 million small insignificant spanish speaking countries as your nabors. Who vote on you because they are your nabors.

@Hermoor Kokka985 is a troll, I agree with it, but you're getting your geography wrong. In Portugal (and only in Portugal... at least in Europe) they speak Portuguese. Spanish is spoken in Spain. And they're the only country in Europe that speaks Spanish.

The rest are in Latin America (and are quite not insignificant: there's more people in Mexico City or Buenos Aires than in the whole Sweden). And Latin American countries don't take part in Eurovision, so they can't possibly vote for Spain.

And you're right... there are more people in Mexico City than in Sweden (something like 21 million people in DF's metro area vs 9 million in ALL of Sweden). Heh, and now that I think about it, there are MANY metro areas that have a larger population than Sweden, like London, New York, Tokyo, and Seoul...
