In order to reach a larger crowd, choose less offensive music. I had subscribed after seeing the five minute workout but after seeing this one, decided to unsubscribe. Great workouts, I can't play this around my kids or recommend this to my friends.
Resistance tubing is great. The FITSTRAP makes using the tubing / bands 10x easier. It's a unique door attachment & wall attachment. No adjustments necessary to perform multiple eexercises. Just and idea.
all methods are effective,free weights,bodyweight and resistance bands.I use a combination of weights and bodyweight stuff like burpees,free standing squats and push ups.
Im about to incorporate some resistance band movements as well.
it all depends on how much force you're getting from the band or weight. Heavy resistance bands have not been around that much so generally people think using free weights is more effective. But if you can push your muscles for failure using resistance bands with same reps as the weight its as good. There are resistance bands out that there that combine together in one handle and can give you up to even 300 lbs of resistance force

this band is good!i am currently doing what this guy is doing.if you are a first timer,the next day your body will be aching like hell.
