the last year cap was good was 2000-2001..the year they made PAL for the 1st time in history...they had this guy who was 285lbs playing linebacker and O-line and every special team...he never left the field and was also the leagues player of tthe year!! i think his name was Peter but im not too sure..i know he was samoan..and they're always good..lol
