It because I'm in the process of moving from Maui to California. I will be having a nice sale when the store comes back online in a couple of months, so keep an eye on the Announcements section of my forums.
People will tell you different things, but most cubes respond well to my silicone liquid lube, and it is safer than some other lubing materials. You can ask online, either in my forums or on other cube sites, to see what buyers think of the different lube options.
I NEED HELP!!i was just solving my eastsheen 4x4 and all the pieces just came out:(. the pieces arent broken but its just disassembled and i cant reassemble it. can you help me! i bought it from you a while back and idont have another 4x4 can you make a vid!!plz
ok thx i still have the instructions for that, at first i never knew what they did, its now assembled thx alot!!! p.s does your speed cubes diys have the same parts and pieces as a cube4you new type?
i got a rubik's cube rubik's cube and ive had it for 5 days and stickers are already starting to get rough on the edges and corners are comming up, does the diy cube last longer?
i have the orange one, it is so awesome, i bought it about one month ago, but the stickers peel a little bit. i mean some edges of the stickers broke but it doesn´t matter
Please send all questions through either the eBeay messaging system (if you ordered through ebay) or through the PuzzleProz forums PM system (if you ordered through the forums).
Sorry, but I do not provide product support through youtube.
The only things I *think* would affect the performance would be a difference in screw lengths between the 2 types, which may allow for better tensioning, and whether or not the Type B screw sets come with small washers (I can't recall right now).
You may want to ask on the PuzzleProz forums to see if anyone has tried that.
A forum member did just recently change a store-bought Rubik to Type A core/screws and is very pleased with the results.
You don't have to lube it, but once you do lube it, you'll wish you lubed it sooner - Especially if using the lube I sell - They make a beautiful combo!
You do have to assemble the cube and I have some instructions in my forums.
I just got the speed cube and I am putting it together. It came with 9 extra pieces. Where do they go? They are small little flat squares with one of the corners cut off, made out of the same plastic as the rest of the cube.
Thanks. I was too quick to ask, cause I figured it out 5 minutes later.
Awesomely easy to move around. I am used to a $2 cube that I have had for years, it is too hard to every learn on and the corners stab my hands just trying to turn it.
This cube slides Awesome!
Very quick shipping too, I will definately give feedback on ebay.
Do I need to wait a while before I put the stickers on? I used the silicone as I put it together.
i have this same cube, it works amazingly. i'd definetely reccomend his products. also, try the lubrication, it got my square one that hardly turned to move, im so happy!
The stickers on the cube are the ones that were supplied with the DIY kit.
NOTE: My supplier has upgraded the quality of the supplied stickers since this video was taken. They're still not quite as good as my replacement stickers, but they are more comperable to the Rubik stickers than the previous ones were.
Do you absolutely NEED the silicone lube for it to be that awesomely smooth? I'm asking because you can count on my buying your white DIY cube tomorrow, and I don't have that much cash for PayPal to buy extra lube.
These kits are very smooth even without the lube, but the lube takes them to another level. If you've seen the auction pages then you know that shipping for the lube is free when purchased with a kit, so there's no better time to buy ... but you will enjoy this cube better than store-bought cubes even without the lube.
This is freakin righteous dude! I am totally gonna buy one of these cubes! I am very impressed with your cubes on Ebay, and i am totally gonna buy one! Cube on bro!

is the DIY cube in the video lubricated?
and also if the DIY cube isnt lubricated, will it still move smooth / fast enough for a speedcube?
riley27489 3 years ago
Yes it is has been perfectly tensioned and lubricated and was broken-in for 24 hours before the video was taken.
You really need to lube a 3x3 cube to get the best performance out of it.
PuzzleProz 2 years ago
Too bad rating is disabled 'cause this deserves a 5*.
The cube looks soo nice. And I like how it's in normal color but the rest is in a black and white-ish thing.

I don't have paypal! i just have a normal visa card
is there a chance to pay just with a visa card??
Linkooo7 3 years ago
You can use a standard credit and pay through Paypal's CC checkout - It is easy and you don't need a paypal account to use it.
Check the paypal website for more info as different countries seem to allow different cards for payment.

Does your Type C Glow in the Dark Cube turn better than that after lube?
Jmnguyen08 3 years ago
In general, Type A cubes spin better than Type C cubes, but Type C cubes can spin very nicely if correctly tensioned/lubed.
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
Hi does the colour of plastic affect how it turns? Like does white turn better then black?
eupogia 3 years ago
No - The color of the plastic does not affect the cube.

so thats the old type??

Yes - Currently all Type A cubes I sell are the original type.

how much will the shipping be if i buy cube lube and a black speedcube at the same time? i live in the USA.
acanofpaint 3 years ago
Currently, the Cube Lube gets free shipping when ordered with a DIY kit, so you can just use the shipping calculator on the DIY auction page.
Thank!
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
will the cube be smooth even if i don't put lube in it?
acanofpaint 3 years ago
Yes, if you spend the time getting the tension right and give some break-in time.
But Please Note:
ALL SPEED CUBES need to be lubed in order to reach their maximum potential.
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
Will you combine shipping if i buy a lube and a cube?
SkilfulPenguin 3 years ago
eBay will combine shipping for you if you pay for all your items at the same time.
Buy all the items you want, but don't pay until after buying the last item. Then pay for them all together and eBay will combine shipping for you.
If you run into any problems, you can click "Request Total From Seller" and I will send you a correct invoice.

would the cubelube come in a box?
spiderpig846 3 years ago
I don't really understand the question?
If you only ordered 1 Cube Lube, and nothing else, it would ship in a kraft shipping envelope.
But why does that matter?
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
it doesnt i was just wondering srry for the confusion! :P
spiderpig846 3 years ago
The cube is DIY (Do It Yourself) and does not come assembled.
It is a Type A cube.
I do not currently offer Black stickers, but am working on it.

did you lube that?
rubixcubix96 3 years ago

If the auction page has this video embedded, then it is a Type A cube, otherwise the type should be stated on the page.

gretzkyv99 3 years ago
The East Sheen 4x4 that I sell comes with an instruction sheet for disassembling/reassembling.
If the cube is not broken, the instructions should help you fix it.
Please feel free to join the forums as this is not really the place for discussion on the matter.
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
ok thx i still have the instructions for that, at first i never knew what they did, its now assembled thx alot!!! p.s does your speed cubes diys have the same parts and pieces as a cube4you new type?
gretzkyv99 3 years ago
I'm glad you got the 4x4 fixed.
If you are referring to the "new type a" kits with tabs to "prevent popping" ...
My personal opinion is that those new cubes really suck - I can easily make them pop unless they are so tight that a normal cube wouldn't pop anyway.
Just my opinion - again the forums are a better place for these types of questions.
PuzzleProz 3 years ago
Hi. I was wonder how you can stop the popping of the pieces.
Thanks!
Penguinsrock05 4 years ago
If your cube is popping, it is most likely due to tension being too loose.
If you feel you cannot tighten the tension any more, then you probably need a different screwdriver.
Please feel free to join the forums as this is not really the place for discussion on the matter.

why youre rubik's cube is easy to rotate plz reply thanks... ???

Because:

* The cube had 1 full day of break-in before the video shoot.

is the cube in the movie lubed or not? Either way it looks amazing
UCPSBCrzyazn 4 years ago
Yes, it was lubed with the silicone cube lube that I sell in my eBay store.
I also spent 1 day breaking it in and perfecting the tension before shooting the video.
PuzzleProz 4 years ago
so you are required to lube the speedcube, or is it just so it can maintain speed?
And do you have to assembe this thing yourself or does it come assembled

buddymartin71 4 years ago
Those are "corner caps" and go on the inside of the corner pieces, over the hallow part.
They are optional and you don't have to install them.
The cube is a bit lighter without them, but some people feel like it turns smoother with them.
The cube in the video has the corner caps installed.

would this kind of cube be easy for a 6 year old to spin?
ZhaoPao 4 years ago
Once its been assembled and lubed, yes a 6 yr old should be able to spin it quite easily.
But the lube is NOT to be handled by children and the DIY kit should be assembled by a 8+ year old.
At the very least, closely monitor the child if you want them to assembly it themselves.

Then you pair that with my silicone Cube Lube and you have yourself a SWEET SPEED CUBE.
