  • It because I'm in the process of moving from Maui to California. I will be having a nice sale when the store comes back online in a couple of months, so keep an eye on the Announcements section of my forums.

  • hey how come you have removed all cubes for sale on ebay?

  • what should i lubricate my cube with?

  • People will tell you different things, but most cubes respond well to my silicone liquid lube, and it is safer than some other lubing materials. You can ask online, either in my forums or on other cube sites, to see what buyers think of the different lube options.

  • What happened to Puzzleproz site? Dont find anything for sale on the ebay page!

  • The store was down for a couple of days, but it is back up now.

  • Just came from Ebay and it appears there is nothing for sale anymore. Is the store closed? Still on vacation..i wanted to finally order...help! lol

  • The store was down for a couple of days, but it is back up now.

  • Is this shown as a Type A now or old what kind is this??

  • The Type-A cubes I sell are classic Type A's note the Type A II or III's

  • is the DIY cube in the video lubricated?

and also if the DIY cube isnt lubricated, will it still move smooth / fast enough for a speedcube?

  • Yes it is has been perfectly tensioned and lubricated and was broken-in for 24 hours before the video was taken.

You really need to lube a 3x3 cube to get the best performance out of it.

  • Too bad rating is disabled 'cause this deserves a 5*.

The cube looks soo nice. And I like how it's in normal color but the rest is in a black and white-ish thing.

  • I don't have paypal! i just have a normal visa card

is there a chance to pay just with a visa card??

  • You can use a standard credit and pay through Paypal's CC checkout - It is easy and you don't need a paypal account to use it.

Check the paypal website for more info as different countries seem to allow different cards for payment.

  • Can I buy a already lubricated cube?

  • Yes you can - Read the PuzzleProz FAQ for more details on how to acquire an assembled/tensioned/stickered/lubed cube.

dub dub dub dawt PuzzleProz dawt com slash faq

  • Does your Type C Glow in the Dark Cube turn better than that after lube?

  • In general, Type A cubes spin better than Type C cubes, but Type C cubes can spin very nicely if correctly tensioned/lubed.

  • Hi does the colour of plastic affect how it turns? Like does white turn better then black?

  • No - The color of the plastic does not affect the cube.

  • so thats the old type??

  • Yes - Currently all Type A cubes I sell are the original type.

  • dude is that cube new type or old type

    im thinking about buying one

  • As of right now, all the Type A cubes I sell are the original type.

  • how much will the shipping be if i buy cube lube and a black speedcube at the same time? i live in the USA.

  • Currently, the Cube Lube gets free shipping when ordered with a DIY kit, so you can just use the shipping calculator on the DIY auction page.

    Thank!

  • will the cube be smooth even if i don't put lube in it?

  • Yes, if you spend the time getting the tension right and give some break-in time.

    But Please Note:

ALL SPEED CUBES need to be lubed in order to reach their maximum potential.

  • Will you combine shipping if i buy a lube and a cube?

  • eBay will combine shipping for you if you pay for all your items at the same time.

Buy all the items you want, but don't pay until after buying the last item. Then pay for them all together and eBay will combine shipping for you.

If you run into any problems, you can click "Request Total From Seller" and I will send you a correct invoice.

    Cube On!

  • would the cubelube come in a box?

  • I don't really understand the question?

If you only ordered 1 Cube Lube, and nothing else, it would ship in a kraft shipping envelope.

    But why does that matter?

  • it doesnt i was just wondering srry for the confusion! :P

  • The cube is DIY (Do It Yourself) and does not come assembled.

It is a Type A cube.

I do not currently offer Black stickers, but am working on it.

  • did you lube that?

  • Yes, the cube in the video was lubed with PuzzleProz Cube Lube and broken-in for just under 24 hours.

  • Hey, I bought a DIY cube from you not too long ago, and I was wondering, was it shipped, My ebay username is teb1963

  • I do not provide support through YouTube

If you purchased an item through eBay please use the eBay messaging system.

if you purchased an item through the PuzzleProz forums, please use the Private Messaging system in the forums.

for eBay users, you can see if an item has been marked as shipped through your MyEbay page - I also send email confirmations when packages ship.

  • Okay, thanks for the fast response.

  • So i bought one of your white DIY cubes on ebay a while back but im kind of curious as to what type of cube it is? (like type a or b or what)

  • If the auction page has this video embedded, then it is a Type A cube, otherwise the type should be stated on the page.

  • I NEED HELP!!i was just solving my eastsheen 4x4 and all the pieces just came out:(. the pieces arent broken but its just disassembled and i cant reassemble it. can you help me! i bought it from you a while back and idont have another 4x4 can you make a vid!!plz

  • The East Sheen 4x4 that I sell comes with an instruction sheet for disassembling/reassembling.

If the cube is not broken, the instructions should help you fix it.

Please feel free to join the forums as this is not really the place for discussion on the matter.

  • ok thx i still have the instructions for that, at first i never knew what they did, its now assembled thx alot!!! p.s does your speed cubes diys have the same parts and pieces as a cube4you new type?

  • I'm glad you got the 4x4 fixed.

If you are referring to the "new type a" kits with tabs to "prevent popping" ...

My personal opinion is that those new cubes really suck - I can easily make them pop unless they are so tight that a normal cube wouldn't pop anyway.

Just my opinion - again the forums are a better place for these types of questions.

  • Hi. I was wonder how you can stop the popping of the pieces.

    Thanks!

  • If your cube is popping, it is most likely due to tension being too loose.

If you feel you cannot tighten the tension any more, then you probably need a different screwdriver.

Please feel free to join the forums as this is not really the place for discussion on the matter.

  • that algorithim doesnt work

  • You are correct. I have already stated below that I made a mistake in describing the first algo. Here is my reply again:

The actual description for the first move is:

    R' U R x 8 (2 cycles)

The second move is correct, though:

    R U' R' U x 6 (1 cycle)

  • why youre rubik's cube is easy to rotate plz reply thanks... ???

  • Because:

    * I lubed it with PuzzleProz cube lube

    * I spent a few hours getting the tension exactly perfect

    * The cube had 1 full day of break-in before the video shoot.

  • i got a rubik's cube rubik's cube and ive had it for 5 days and stickers are already starting to get rough on the edges and corners are comming up, does the diy cube last longer?

  • i have the orange one, it is so awesome, i bought it about one month ago, but the stickers peel a little bit. i mean some edges of the stickers broke but it doesn´t matter

  • hey i ordered a white cube from you and i was wondering could you track it for me? and tell me where you shipped the item. username is fyluo416

  • Please send all questions through either the eBeay messaging system (if you ordered through ebay) or through the PuzzleProz forums PM system (if you ordered through the forums).

Sorry, but I do not provide product support through youtube.

  • youre a liar! when i do your explained steps, it'll scrambled completly!!!

  • Ack You're right!

The actual description for the first move is:

    R' U R x 8 (2 cycles)

The second move is correct, though:

    R U' R' U x 6 (1 cycle)

  • will replacing a Type B's core and springs, screw and washers with the type A screws springs and washers make it better?

  • The only things I *think* would affect the performance would be a difference in screw lengths between the 2 types, which may allow for better tensioning, and whether or not the Type B screw sets come with small washers (I can't recall right now).

You may want to ask on the PuzzleProz forums to see if anyone has tried that.

A forum member did just recently change a store-bought Rubik to Type A core/screws and is very pleased with the results.

  • i live in austria, how long does my package need to get to my house?

  • I just recently added an area on my forums for people to share their shipping times.

This will eventually help answer questions like yours as we will have data from real buyers, not just the USPS guestimates on travel times.

  • check out my videos all done with puzzleproz products

  • Just got my 3x3x3 cube in the mail about 30 minutes ago.. its now the love of my life! =D

Sorry i havent given feedback yet on ebay, and extremely fast shipping! Thanks

  • ello...

im too lazy to search through the rest of the comments

is the cube in the movie lubed or not? Either way it looks amazing

  • Yes, it was lubed with the silicone cube lube that I sell in my eBay store.

I also spent 1 day breaking it in and perfecting the tension before shooting the video.

  • so you are required to lube the speedcube, or is it just so it can maintain speed?

And do you have to assembe this thing yourself or does it come assembled

  • You don't have to lube it, but once you do lube it, you'll wish you lubed it sooner - Especially if using the lube I sell - They make a beautiful combo!

You do have to assemble the cube and I have some instructions in my forums.

  • can you please tell me how to speed up your cube like that?

  • dubdubdub dawt PuzzleProz dawt com

  • I just got the speed cube and I am putting it together. It came with 9 extra pieces. Where do they go? They are small little flat squares with one of the corners cut off, made out of the same plastic as the rest of the cube.

  • Those are "corner caps" and go on the inside of the corner pieces, over the hallow part.

They are optional and you don't have to install them.

The cube is a bit lighter without them, but some people feel like it turns smoother with them.

The cube in the video has the corner caps installed.

  • Thanks. I was too quick to ask, cause I figured it out 5 minutes later.

Awesomely easy to move around. I am used to a $2 cube that I have had for years, it is too hard to every learn on and the corners stab my hands just trying to turn it.

    This cube slides Awesome!

Very quick shipping too, I will definately give feedback on ebay.

Do I need to wait a while before I put the stickers on? I used the silicone as I put it together.

  • A simple wipe down should work fine, maybe use those lemony handy-wipes.

I have a forum for these types of conversations on my website.

  • do the corner caps have any positive functions?

  • A question for the PuzzleProz forums:

    dubdubdub dawt PuzzleProz dawt com

  • would this kind of cube be easy for a 6 year old to spin?

  • Once its been assembled and lubed, yes a 6 yr old should be able to spin it quite easily.

But the lube is NOT to be handled by children and the DIY kit should be assembled by a 8+ year old.

At the very least, closely monitor the child if you want them to assembly it themselves.

  • ehhh i just bought a 2x2 off you...can't wait for it to come

  • kool i might get one :) my friends will be like holy crap where u get it lol

  • Wow, this cube looks amazing, i've ordered one off of you on ebay yesterday, i can't wait for it.

I got the orange one, not a lot of people use an orange speedcube

  • i have this same cube, it works amazingly. i'd definetely reccomend his products. also, try the lubrication, it got my square one that hardly turned to move, im so happy!

  • I just recently brought 2 Alexander's Stars back to life with the lube.

I don't know why I didn't think to try it earlier!

  • wow. I have a cube that's just as loose, but a piece pops extremely often. This one looks pretty durable.

  • What stickers did you put on that DIY kit? Your DIY kit stickers? Or the replacement stickers

  • The stickers on the cube are the ones that were supplied with the DIY kit.

NOTE: My supplier has upgraded the quality of the supplied stickers since this video was taken. They're still not quite as good as my replacement stickers, but they are more comperable to the Rubik stickers than the previous ones were.

  • HOW DO YOU GET YOUR CUBE SO SMOOTH??!

  • First, you start with one of my DIY kits, which gives you full control over the tension settings of the cube.

Then you pair that with my silicone Cube Lube and you have yourself a SWEET SPEED CUBE.

See my forums for more details at PuzzleProz-dot-com

If you're looking for cubes, lube, stickers, or more, look for user PuzzleProz on eBay

  • Do you absolutely NEED the silicone lube for it to be that awesomely smooth? I'm asking because you can count on my buying your white DIY cube tomorrow, and I don't have that much cash for PayPal to buy extra lube.

  • These kits are very smooth even without the lube, but the lube takes them to another level. If you've seen the auction pages then you know that shipping for the lube is free when purchased with a kit, so there's no better time to buy ... but you will enjoy this cube better than store-bought cubes even without the lube.

  • Okay, I bought one of your cubes on Sunday :)

  • awesome thank you!

  • I bought one of these on eBay. They are amazingly smooth and surprisingly cheap. I highly recommend searching for puzzleproz on eBay.

  • This is freakin righteous dude! I am totally gonna buy one of these cubes! I am very impressed with your cubes on Ebay, and i am totally gonna buy one! Cube on bro!
