i use the neti pot....was scared for weeks to use it..i couldnt believe i was freaked out over nothing...you cant even feel the water come out! hahahaha
Just remember to use sterile water when using a neti pot. Tap water is not safe since it hasn't been boiled to get rid of bacteria. Boil tap water if you must use it.
