PS Cook made his bones on Billie Jean....where everyone now calls him "daring"----!!...it was a rip off of Cornell's version for gods sake. Ok-nice voice but daring? Now he is riding this wave of he is cutting edge? Like I said-good voice but in a land of black and white--ANY color stands out. Not a huge David A fan but...they are all lucky David A is not 25 with some heartbreak in him---they would be scorched.

My opinion: There is no real competition --so David Cook gets "wow"'s and "ahh"s over run-of-mill-I can-catch-this-at-any-club-on-­a Sat nite.Honestly, he is talented but there is no competition---David A is fantastic but is still young--and doesn;t inject as much emotion[yet]...the rest are lucky to be there. Remember David H? The Aussie? THEY would have made it interesting. Seyesh has top shelf moves and a mediocre voice. Brooke? Please!!! Jason? One trick pony.We voted it into porridge-bland.

I know you are all going to hate me for saying this, but I'm still an Archuleta fan. I love Davied cook too, but David Archuleta is just too cool.

I think Cook is a cute kid, but I don't think his voice is much different than 100 other rocker want-a-be's. Carly was different, and I loved hearing her sing. And Archuleta... there is a kid who is exceptional and his songs stick in my mind. Cook's Billy Jean is about the only one I remember.
