thanks bro, got it. successfully unlock, activated and jailbreak my iphone.

got pass waiting for reboot, i tried different version of redsnow, then downloaded the ipsw needed, installed thru itunes, then run redsnow, +cydia and the application which needed to have network/signal thru diff types of carrier, then jailbreak. but before that, i installed 4.1v before 4.2.1, duno why, but it works. thanks for this vid bro.

i did all the steps to you point where you get to dfu mode follow the instructions they give on the last step dont let go of the home button until the phone or ipod is back on on its own

try to use the ipod touch 2g ver 4.2.1 firmware. That solved my 'exploiting with limewire'. That is..if you're jailbreaking the ipod touch 3g which i'm using now.

@protomankid1017 if u have a tethered jailbreak, and you either let the battery die, turn it off, or reeboot it, then you just have to re run the jailbreak program u used on ur ipod to restore all that was on ur ipod
