The iPhone 4 doesnt have a sim card in it and the iPhone 4S does and although they are working off wifi the 4S has a stronger connection AND a sim card so it is going to be faster!!

@kurdoskurd1992 iphone 4S has 4 antenna breaks, 2 on each side, iPhone 4 only has three, one and top and on on either side, also you can just turn on the phone and check if it has siri. Hope this helps :)
