The real hero that game was your Jake Long. Mike Hart couldn't hold that guy's jock strap. Long just lines up and takes care of business on every single snap. All I hear from wolverine fans is how classy they are, and yet, they never act with class. Insulting Joe Paterno is really out of line. He has done so much for college football, and he has done even more for the Penn State students and community. He is everything that's right about the BIG 10.

The fans created these monsters by exerting tremendous pressure on our respective programs to win week in and week out. Coaches must recruit big time players to feed this never ending hunger to win. If you want to watch a bunch of model citizens play average football, watch Army v Navy. If you want to watch elite football, watch OSU, big blue, USC, Florida, etc. And now that Bo and Coach Carr are gone, expect to get your fair share of bad apples up north.

My comments were about Joe Pa, not about Penn State fans. If you'd open your eyes, you'd see that Joe Pa is probably the best ambassador college football has ever known. The guy is all class, and people who talk shit about him are out of line. You like to run your mouth but the truth is, Joe Pa has been fielding competitive teams for a long time now. I'd say Penn State was the most athletic team in the BIG 10 this year, and it showed against LSU in their bowl game.

I'm not a Penn State fan. I was born and raised in Ohio. I love Ohio State. Admittedly, I went to North Western to get my degree, but even then, I bled scarlet and gray.

I'm a fan of college football, and I know he represents everything that is right in D-1 football today.

You got the win in the Capital One Bowl, but you didn't dominate anybody. Hart did his best to give that game away, and he came up just short. Oh, and by the way, last year was a rebuilding year for Ohio State--we were predicted to finish 3rd in the BIG TEN. Most of that team is coming back in 2008, so we'll see you guys at the Shoe next November. Lookin' forward to it.
