Yeah, you want to talk about cheap you should have seen my 1998 Kia Sephia. That thing was completely undriveable at 55k miles. I can barely think of what wasn't wrong with it. I had to take it to the dealership like 15 times, no joke. I had to shift like a stick shift even though it was automatic, the power steering would shake and fight you (even when going straight), all the clear coat peeled off, brake fluid would always disappear, etc. I don't even have enough space to write everything.

no it died. i ahd a kia sorrento last year. was in the shop 5 times. leaky window seals, pw quit working etc. trans started slipping as well. i dont mind hyundai tho. whenb they first showed up here in the us. their quality was sub par. now they are gettign better. i disliek however the FWD chrysler products have had umpteen problems wiht them rwd however not a prob at all

Yeah, I didn't really like Hyundai because they were Korean like the KIA and I also heard of problems but they they to be getting better. I really don't know how Chryslers are doing but I have a 2000 Ford Police Interceptor with 75k+ miles and a '97 Explorer with 135k+ miles and both are incredibly reliable. I didn't used to like Ford but I love them now.
