  • Listening to this song always puts me in a good mood. The 70's ...the best decade of music!!

  • I am so in love with Robert Lamm in the video.

  • I'm Zorak from planet Gdeeboff( 6 million miles from Pluto) & I love this

  • I appreciate a lot this group

    Good remember

Thank you very much for posting

  • I love old music than modern ones like today. Thave more themes and are more relaxing. Almost all of today's music are love songs and some contain words not suitable for young ages..

  • They will always be the very best...................... real music, real people, real musicians.

  • This song brings back fond memories of growing up in Chicago. Great band. Unfortunately, the worst live concert I've ever seen. I saw them at their height of popularity at Chicago's McCormick Place during a sold-out concert. The sound was so bad that no one could distinguish one song from another. Eventually everyone started booing and the band left in frustration rather than fixing the sound. Needless to say, everyone left very disappointed.

  • Hey man,,I'll go back with you as long as we can listen to the greatest music ever made! I'll be drivin my 65 GTO with a 420 HO Grande Prix under the hood. 70's to me was Great Women ( my wife since 69) Great Cars,Great Music,Great Stereo Systems,Greatest Summers,Great Food and the Very Best Parties. Did I miss anything ?

  • When you mix TALENT with EDUCATION you get sounds like this one. For us old 70's rockers Chicago blasted the charts throughout our "HAY DAYS" with one great song after another. Amazing we got brass, guitars, drums, keyboards, and we could hear and understand every single word they sang. Not to mention the songs had meaning. I'd drive my 68 Camaro and go back into time to see them in 1970 form. Who wants to ride with me? WARNING..... I might stay when I get there!

  • One of the GREATEST BIG ROCK BANDS ,,,you younger guys take notes on these guys. There won't ever be anything like this again. EVER !!

  • It's Robert Lamm. This is one of the greatest rock songs of all time.

  • they did this live

  • Is that Robert Lamm? Sure doesn't look or sound like him to me. What's up?

  • eu adoro essa musica

  • Peter Centera looks like the lord of the ring guy

  • The woman at :25 is such an absolutely adorable, girl next door babe. She looks so sweet, approachable, and fun-loving. It's a damn shame you can hardly find a girl like that in America anymore. That same girl today would have her ass high in the air and her nose even higher.

  • That's why I went to Russia to find my wife. It's like June Cleaver wrapped in Shania Twain's body. No Joke. Been married 5 years to her now, and I can't believe how lucky I am.

  • enjoy the music

  • I liked Chicago band a lot and particulary this song is one of my favourite.

  • I always liked these guys...where were they from?

  • hey chicago before they sold out and started sucking!

  • Look at Terry,Danny,Pete,Lee and Bob. Those guys were too lazy to shave or they all ran out of razor blades and couldn't afford to buy more. LOL

  • LOVE THE BRASS!!!

  • This group is unique without gimmicks. I love the brass section. Saw them at the University of New Hampshire and the stadium in Foxboro, MA with the Beach Boys.

  • Popular music today needs more brass !!!

  • testing

  • Umm, look at the bassist.

  • He looks like a wookie

  • so Peter Cetera wasn't the origional singer of Chicago.

  • Robert Lamm and Terry Kath sang a lot. Peter had the highest range. Terry covered the lower "bluesy" range. Robert had an all around great rock voice.

  • thanks for the info.i wonder what happened to the lead singer?why he left the group?

  • excuseme, does chicago band has a piece that is just all music, without singing. I ask because now that i am 48, i remember that when i was a kid my mother had a 45 rpm in which one of the songs i guess was saturday in the park and there was one piece that i did like so much, i remember something like there was a part of flute, and also there was a part of their voices in choir. i hope i can find it and heard it again. thanks i just i thought that probably you know, maybe.you seem to know about

  • I think you referring to the song called "Color My World" Its a classic.

  • at school, we play this song (and others) in band.

    it's pretty awesome

  • i love dis song:)

  • One of the greatest groups of all time. Cuz you're cognitively limited, realize that these music vids were made when you were still shittin' in your pants, or weren't even a squirt in your daddy's little prick.

  • This is a great group and great song! All thoughts are welcomed!

    I hate Bruce Springsteen's music!

  • U didnt have to look this song up if you dont like it you Bitch, Chicago!!!! WOOOW

  • If you don't like it than don't watch it and shut your mouth. You may not like it but there are a lot of people who love Chicago.

  • this vid is totlly shit!

  • awful! seriously wht were u thinkin?

  • yeah remove that you sissy

  • Comment removed

  • You fucking piece of shit wouldn't know quality music and musicianship if it fucked you whole heartedly up the ass!!!!!

  • Sin duda la mejor banda en su genero

  • we were walking in the path and started singing it! Then relalized it said the 4th of july in the song. what are the odds?! =)

  • 1 in 365

  • happy 4th of july terry=(

  • Hey i'm really diggin' this song today! How many people realized that it is Saturday the fourth of July(2009)? How many fourth of July's fall on a Saturday in a lifetime? I bbq'ed and laid back and enjoyed the holiday listening to this song and a host of others, just super! Happy July 4th everybody!

  • 1987,1992,1998 July 4th is a saturday

If you go back you can catch a bunch of them :)

  • Just a great band. all virtuosos. Great song. I am a hard rock fan/musician, but there aren't many chicago songs I don't like. I would love to be in this band. From a drummers viewpoint, these guys are just awesome.

  • Yeah but you would think all the freedom we USA is a fighting for Mayor Daily would allow a Veteran to have a For Sale sign on there car. No I think the days for Chicago Saturday in the park are gone. They will tax you to change (CHANGE) your world, sell ice cream. Certainly this fourth of July I will avoid 2 million people in the Chicago Park crowd and certainly will not drive or get on a bus with a swine flue epedemic risk. These days are gone baby you have no more freedom.

  • you obviously see the glass as half empty...not good...anti-social and hypochondriac as well...also spelling...flu not flue and epidemic not epedemic

  • Yeah, great stuff!

  • great music with respect no vulger language

  • This song brings back memories of a time when I would play with my brother in the front yard at grammas house. No worries no problems!

  • I have to disagree with MeanrBeanr. the 60's were better

  • this is one my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands

  • The 70's, being the top decade for rock music in general, had it all: talented musicians, vinyl, best concerts, loyal followers, NO MTV and a wide range of choices....you could be into hard rock bands like UFO, Rush, Budgie and also like mellow, instrumental material like Chicago, ELP, Santana, Floyd, etc.

We 40 somethings had it all. Sorry kids of today, your stuff doesn't even come close. I applaud those of the new generation that show interest by listening to this, you can't go wrong.

  • my dad introduced me to this band when i was 14 four years ago.. and I've fallen in love with them! This is what REAL music should be like.. no trash, no swearing. Just playing rock music for the love of the music not the fame.. This is what music should be!

  • Right on, brother.

  • The 70's was such a good decade it made all over the world. My parents listened to all of this bands when they lived in Mexico City. I'm 16 and I listen to almost everything, and you are very right, the 70's was the top decade for rock music in general.

  • @MeanrBeanr I am extremely jealous. But don't lose faith in us completely...might sound funny, but my band is on a mission. Bring back the good ole rock n roll!!!

  • @MeanrBeanr if any decade it would be the 60's,that decade revolutionized music with the beatles, rolling stones, cream, birds and many others.but sure the 70s were okay but the 60's are way more memorable in music history.

  • The good ole days!

  • When BANDS PLAYED the Instruments THEMSELVES and not producers and labels! REAl drummers, REAL horns...And the HORNS WERE MEMBERS of the band, not hired Help for an album! REAL music... Not no american idol Singer CRAP!

  • That's right!

  • @themysteryrapper yes but the song doesnt really do anything for me.

  • @themysteryrapper Truer words haven't been spoken. From your mouth to God's ear.Just came from listening to the bands; The Eagles and before them Supertramp.I love Big Band Rock and Roll. The harmonies of both the music in the forms of voices and instruments are making me forget to watch my Bruins play tonight against the JETS.EVERYONE NEEDS A RESPET.

  • I Love it!!! Sounds great, wonderful showing of faces!!! Wish I had a dvd of that year!!!! Its Great!!!!! Thanks!!

  • I love it!!! Look at them, still excellent! Great picture of their faces. Wish I had their concert of them that year. Thanks!

  • wow. just saw them a few weeks ago. they still sound awesome, and those were the days listening to WLS at night on my little radio, in minnesota, as the signal would sometimes fade, but that was when radio was great

  • WLS was an AM radio station wasn't it? I used to get it down in West Virginia on a clear nite and yep it would fade in and out. People that weren't around back then don't realize rock stations were AM. elevator music was FM. A lot has changed. Long live Chicago.

  • We used to listen to WLS here north of Dallas after the local stations signed off at midnight. Some music was ment to be heard in mono AM ........static and all.

  • I remember hearing this song every 5 minutes on WLS radio back in the day. Was a great song then and still is. Long live Chicago!!

  • really relaxing n awsome song

  • i love this song!! it never gets old . it makes me feel so good

  • There are few songs in the world that put a smile on everyones face when they hear it. This is one of those songs. I love Chicago, the group and the city

  • If you cant understand the lyrics then go to Chicago, burn a fattie and hang around the park! Groove my brothers, groove!

  • AMEN!

  • You Know it

  • Someone on World of Warcraft forums told me to watch this.

  • WTF are you talking about! Do you not have a taste in music? Those are great lyrics, they add happiness to the song. Makes me feel good every time I hear it.

  • I agree! I love it too!!

  • Can you dig it? Yes I can!

  • never gets old
