I think Shoon knows that there's no real future in being a Johnny's Junior forever, so him choosing law over entertainment is probably the best choice. Shoon mentioned that he wants to become a lawyer. However, he might be planning on pursuing a carrier in Taiwan, since he was seen there. He is currently learning Chinese.

It's always sad when they quit. And Johnny lost his agency several good people over the years. Pitty, really. But then, shouldn't he retire soon? I say let Takizawa-kun take over. He'll do a decent job of it - he is already part of the management anyway. He likes the Juniors (without molesting them) and he doesn't despise women. The agency can only win in that.
