OMG she has always talked this way! When she was first famous, she had a mid-western accent. Then around the Blonde Ambition Tour she began talking this way. I love it and think she is very well spoken. She doesn't have an english accent at all, however when you are surrounded by a different dialect you are bound to pick it up a bit.
