Gen 6 refers to a time when "It came to pass in those days and also afterward that there were Nephilim in the land, when the sons of God married the daughters of men and had children by them." Whether demons, alien races or both, could this be part of what Jesus describes in Matt 24: "as it was in the days of Noah?" It is likely that "the Earth was filled with violence" is a part of this...
Hmm. Have you ever considered that not necessarily everyone left behind had to have been "wicked", except that we're ALL sinners. Christians are just forgiven. But back to the "wicked" part. How many Christians may have been left behind just because they didn't believe Noah?
speaking of the sun no one in evolutionist side, has mentioned it but our sun is breaking the laws of physics, it's eqautor is off by 4 degree's compared to our solar system. don't sound like much, but then here's the big catcher it doesn't spin as fast as it should either. more hints from god i would think.only spins 2 kmS when it should spin 400 kmS. god works in mysterious ways.
the funniest thing is the evolutionists can't explain the extinction of the dinosaurs, mmmmm i wonder what happened, a giant meteor, nope debunked, a giant asteroid? nope. debunked no huge whole to support it.
well gee the answer is a FLOOD that covered the entire planet, gee what an amazing concept. I guess our bible pretty good at telling the history of our planet, than making up some ridiculous story.
You know, I've actually heard the possibility, from well-known Christian experts, that there may have been another creation, by God, before the one in our bibles. I don't really have any opinion on that one since I don't feel like taking the time to research it, but since God can do whatever He wants, I guess anything's possible.
well the outstounding (evolutionary)scientists try to use radioactive dating to come up with their answers to age. problem is nearly all of their dating reacts to water, carbon, or sulphers(volcanic eruptions)and other chemicals produced from such things if the earth was covered in a flood all of these methods are bogus dates. remember the bible says he created everything great and small. so I don't dought that they exsisted with us.
You know what's cool is that story in the bible (was it Nehemiah?) where God had the prophet tell everyone that the earth would stand still for one day, the sun would not set. And the scientists themselves can use their own calendars to date everything, and have found everything to be off by one day. =D
Genesis 6:11 says that in Noah's time the earth was in ruin (corrupt) and filled with violence. The Hebrew word for violence (Strong's H2555) is chamas. the ch is pronounced like an H with phlegm, and the A's are a short vowel sound. The word should sound familiar to you if you watch the news.
Great message Biblegirl. I was at the site of the boat formation (one of the pictures you used in this video) last year. I brought a metal detector. Me and a few tourist (2 from Canada) did a metal scan and found a pattern of iron - one that conforms to a boat. So I'm really glad that you did a video and used that photo. Keep up the good work.
I have been watching these video responses and I really enjoy your particular brand of insight and interpretation I was thinking that I would really like to hear your insights/opinions on the gnostic gospels I don't want to stir up controversy or anything I know it may be sensitive to some people especially strict Catholics I would just really like to know how you interpret them both empirically and in a more broad sense with respect to religion in general maybe someday you could do a video :)
By gnostic gospels, do you mean the ones that were left out of the traditional Christian bibles? I have a book of them, but I never finished reading them. They all seemed to lack the anointing I find when reading from the bible as we know it. So I guess I couldn't really speak about them, with any real knowledge of the subject.
So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. (Matthew 6:34) Genesis is old skool brotha sucka
I'll agree.. it's likely that a major flood did occur that covered a very large area.. that would have seemed like the "whole earth"... or did Noah have alligators on board? (I don't think so!)
I have been dabbling with the giants in the days of Noah. I believe that Noah and his family were the only ones left with a pure bloodline. The rest had fallen angel dna in them. I find it amazing that satan and his angels corrupted the bloodlines from the very beginning. And when Jesus says that the end will be like the days of Noah, I think he's referring in a certain way to the evil bloodlines. I could be wrong.
Hmm. I haven't heard that theory, except for in novels about aliens O_o. LOL. I'm not kidding. I read a couple of novels about that.
I'm familiar with the prophetic songs from the woman who wrote and sang this one. I'm fairly sure she was referring to the actions of people. We live in a Godless society. Everyone is selfish, self-seeking and self-centered. And the bible says God is a jealous God. That's why one of the commandments says to have no other gods before him. (cont)
That commandment is not talking about an idol. There's another commandment to address that. A "god" before Him is anything that's more important to us than Him. And we're ALL guilty of that =(
Not really my cup of tea but good work on the editing and all. I thought you might be doing a sort of commentary on Victor's reading of the bible or offering your interpretation. As an agnostic/atheist (not sure which. I guess that makes me agnostic) I would be imterested to hear your interpretation as a kind of compliment to Victor's series.
That's what the rainbow represents. Every time you see a rainbow, it's a reminder of God's covenant with earth (not to destroy it by water again) and to us.
My daughter just pointed out to me that in my video, with the use of the song and photos, that God was threatening to destroy the earth by flood again. The song is saying that people are acting again, like they did in the days of Noah.
I wrote a blog about this... but didn't God say that he'd never again send a flood? Something is coming... this world is sick... maybe not in my lifetime... but in the lifetime of my children for sure... something...someone is coming!
Yes. God will never again destroy the earth by flood. Every time we see a rainbow in the sky, it's to remind us of God's covenant with the earth, that He would never again destroy it by flood. But this song and video are referencing the fact that people are acting the way they did "in the days of Noah", which is very scary! God didn't make any other promises about saving our sinful butts aside from once we're dead =/
LOL. I'm surprised you found it at all. It's a spontaneous, prophetic song. I have a LOT of CDs like this. And I sing them myself too, during worship ;)
Kind of like Jason Upton, I think (ever hear of him?) I can't say I deliberately listen to it but I understand the spontaneous part. Now and then when I'm driving and praying I'll just start singing. I like to write songs. But I think God must have a sense of humor that way...giving such a hideous caterwauling voice to someone who likes to sing...that way it's just to him and not for anyone else. :-)
Awesome Vid!! amazing song!
