@rawbq... back then it was around 33-34 and now around the 37-38 mark... and for programs i followed mark rippetoes starting strength till my sqaut was decent and then just started jumping around and admiring my work haha..
you're doing great. just make sure to keep eating healthy (and eating enough). i was too skinny after getting to high school - don't think I kept up with my body's growth!
@thisdunksforyou I eat plenty healthy/ like a horse lol.. generally a gallon of choc milk a day and 5-6 meals a day with lots of meat and some fruits/veggies..im trying to gain weight but its hard to get past my metabolism... but the gallon a day is slowly but surely working lol..
