@StugoTheJake You do realize that if it were not for the cruciform lifestyle of Jesus, "humilitas" would still be looked down upon? The Cruciform life of Jesus shifted societies mentality which allowed the birth of the Scientific Method. If it were not for JESUS, SCIENCE would not be possible.

So emotional, makes you forget some facts like the contradictions and falsehoods as well as the fact that it has almost no fact in it, it is a colorful history book. But as the standard of history goes, the bible isn't very reliable. Bible burning day everyday.
@WisenedGnome I don't think Bible burning is an appropriate response just because you don't believe what is being taught...by that merit I would then have to burn Shakespeare's works, the Harry Potter series and anything that has any information that I find doubtful, unsupported or contradictory. Btw, I love Shakespeare and I think Rowling is a genius but each author has their fair share of contradictions....just a thought :)
