Usually all the skulls can be activated on the normal difficulty, but since it didn't when I tried I thought hey maybe it's like the vidmaster anual achievment, so I put on the iron skull and the legendary difficulty and guess what? No Skull, explain that! :)

well, theres this other guy called ReconPersuit who also knows about the skull, hes helped people and there are videos that thank him for helping them. so i assume that they've got the same idea. i dont know if legit is lieing or not but im pretty sure ReconPersuit isnt - he recently held a map competition and he helped the winners get the skull.

Anyway my piont is that the recon skull does exist.
