Ubuntu 11.10 - I had Error before extracting IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'F:\\wubildr'

It is maybe only Hardware problem. When I manualy restart computer, ubuntu automaticaly started booting. Than it show me logon screen. That is all. It works. But it is very slow and I can´t set my 5.1 surrounds at control sound panel. (Volume Rear/Front doesn´t work) Is this quality of Ubuntu?

you should honestly delete this video, you're going to risk ruining someones computer by telling them to partition when there's no need to. Wubi does not need any partitioning, the installer does everything for you.

if u failedto install ubuntu in ur windows 7 u will loose some disk space because W7 can't recognize EXT4 partition.to convert it to ntfs use "mini tool partition wizard",it is a perfect program for disk partition

Currently I use dell vostro laptop with ubuntu 11.04 to replace windows vista os. I want dual boot it with windows xp, should I use the copy of windows xp or the original one..which is better?should I buy the original copy or just download it on the internet?

@an65001 Just create a new partition in the Ubuntu LiveCD. Make sure it has a /. Only problem is having to reinstall Windows 2000. If you are brave enough, then do it.

Tip:

Partition you harddrive or you can realy mess up you computer.

If you install it on the same harddrive as windows and windows makes an

update and installs it can mess with ubuntu and give unpredicteble errors.

why do you have the latest google chrome, internet explorer 8 but still! upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 because that is much faster than Google Chrome! Download and install and you'll notice the difference! but can you explain to me why you have the latest google chrome, but not yet IE9.

@TECHKMH you can disable GPU rendering by internetoption tablet advanced> Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering. check that in. and see if that make differens.
