once you hunt this guys a couple of times you get all the moves down. i still saw the tigerex appears hard but maybe that is beacause i have hunted way more narga than it. the weapon you are using would be better on the tigerex the blazing falchion works wonders on this guy.

Wow. The Nargacuga is awesome! The way it looks and moves makes it one of my favorite monsters (first-impression, I haven't actually played this one yet)!

Getting Freedom Unite next week. Can't wait to hunt the Naracuga! I still have a ways to go in Freedom 2, but I think I'll go ahead and get the expansion.

Honestly speaking, Nargacuga and Tigrex are very equal in strength and agility, but Nargacuga has a very different fighting style, that makes everyone think that Nargacuga is more powerful and faster than Tigrex, Nargacuga BTW represents a panther and Tigrex for a tiger+T-rex. Dont be afraid, coz the way you fight Tigrex is enough to defeat Nargacuga, but dodge faster and make your style a bit different.... Dual Sword may be a tip...

umm...not really...u said that tigrex and narga jump, scratch, charge etc...all of witch are basic wyvern attacks...as for the pattern...narga is different...tigrex is far more land based and relyes on trampling you...while narga likes to jump and attack swiftly and from behind...damage patterns are all different...I do admit that there are certain similarities...but they are minimal...

You have to combine your own drink to make Ancient Potion and Mega Juice.

so Ancient Potion permanently upgrades your health bar? cause i know Nutrients only upgrade it for one quest, after that one quest it goes back to normal. And Mega juice is just a better version of Power juice which makes you be able to run alot with out getting tired.

Hah, I'm rather amused at how just about the only thing that was doing anything to it was the Hammer, despite that thing's crazy tail and wing range and the Hammer's, well... Lack of a guard.

I just beat the Tigrex about the same way, with severe blunt head trauma... Not looking forward to facing this thing. Not without Evade+ or something. :P

Also, dangit, why was the music so catchy and appropriate? I haven't needed a Zebrahead fix since His World. >_>
