How I dyed my hair red! or How I dyed my hair pink!

I dyed it red before - this shit does not fade. Maybe it depends on the hair, but in a month it barely faded ._. Buuuut... BE WARNED - my roots came out REALLY light.

@shanesbaby2010 I have NO CLUE honestly if it will work for you or not. You should talk to one of the girls at Sally's so they can actually see your hair and give you some advice. For sure tell them what you want to do and tell them that your hair has been dyed before and see what they recommend.

@shanesbaby2010 Hey, I'm a hair stylist. The hi-lift colors won't really work well if u have colored. U would need a bleach or a color remover to get the color u have out.Then u can use them.Be very careful on what products u use.They can damage yr hair really bad.

So you did use this color over hair that was already dyed? Mine is is dyed right now but I didn't know if it would work or not.

@christinatron yes I did and it lifted it to this very bright color! the color underneath was that color from the first photo I posted a light burgundy brown so it wasnt over a dark dyed color but it was over processed hair

love it :) i tried this color on me and i liked it, but i was too pale to pull it off. next i'd like to do like a dark purpleish one :) but i'm pregnant right now so i have to stay away from crazy colors so my hair doesn't turn green or something :P lol. you seem so happy, i'm happy for you!
