Richland School District is deploying Chromebooks & other mobile devices with Ericom AccessNow across its 35 K-12 schools.

AccessNow is an HTML5 RDP client that enables users with HTML5-compatible browsers to connect to their virtual desktops or Windows apps and run those desktops & apps in a browser. It doesn't require Java, Flash, Silverlight, ActiveX, or other underlying technology to be installed on the devices.

Great video and ideas for Chromebooks and Google Apps. We are piloting 30 Chromebooks in our school. Students from Kindergarten to 8th grade have used them so far!
