fisrt ... you didnt set Auto Brake to RTO , thats why your landing gear has been damaged at 0:18 .. you didnt add flaps .. thats very clear ..I couldent see them , you can find the flaps leveler on the right side of the throttle ... that will increase your lift force ....and make the lift at high altitude and speed equal the lift at a low speed ... and finally .. do you think a 747 is just like a Cessna ? you need to gain more speed ... the VR speed you calculat .. at least 150 knots

You needed your flaps set, probably to 20 degrees, as it looks like you had a pretty heavy load, and if you were in cockpit view, you would have known when you reached V1, and could have easily taken off without so much struggle.

Maybe if you read the pre - flight and knew what your V-1 was you could have rotated off the runway at the correct speed and made sure you had all the right flap settings and whatnot you wouldnt have stalled the thing because you were going WAY TOO SLOW
