He's not actually standing in that room. The 'room' is just a backdrop that is placed on screen in post-production. He's standing in front of a green screen and is also holding a piece of green material. He then removes all the green from the shot (using a computer program such as Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro) and places the remaining visible footage (himself) in front of the backdrop (in this case, the lounge).

Very well done though, great keying.

Close but not quite. He is standing in the room. The backdrop is a still picture of the same room. Drop whatever color you've picked (yes, green works best but it can be done with a wide range of colors) and bam..

its not important to have green screen, you can key any color, and he is standing in da room not in front of green screen
