In flash suppression alone yes, but the phalanx is also has compensating abilities, the vortex does not. The two are not made to be head to head competiotion each has a different use.

I assume you mean my shooting.
Really I was just fidgety, lack of sleep as I shot this after getting off a 12 hour shift and had to do the camera work myself and try to stay on frame so it was being a pain.

I've got one of these for review also. I'm glad I've seen both of you do your reviews first. This way we can cover more bases. I think I'll test a spread of different ammo types commercial and Mil in low and no light.
