You are on Route 17 headed towards Johnson City from the Apalachin, NY area. Additionally that area didn't get very much snow at all out of the "storm".
@NYSHOCKER you know what bothers me about this part of 17....it was rebuilt in 2000 with brand new street lights, I mean new everything....new poles, new wires, new right down to the foundation. And now most of them are either broken or turned off by the towns they run through. At least thats the answer the DOT gave me. UGH. WHAT A WASTE OF OUR MONEY!! This would also seem like a safety issue, but what do I know I just pay taxes in this state.
