hey guys u all didnt figured out that it was only the "card reader" detected by the comp not the "sd card".Try using any device as a modem such as

# directly connect ds to pc

# use a cell phone with a micro sd card port and connect the cell phone to pc

# use a laptop which already has a built in card reader or

# try troubleshooting the usb universal hub controler.

I had found the solution. The exact same thing happend to me, so i tried to put it on the ds but it still didn't load. So i tried to put it on my cell phone since it have a micro sd card port and it load and worked. I then formated the micro sd with my phone. After it was done I tried to put it into the computer and it loaded perfectly. You guys try it, it worked for me. After formated again with the computer the but the folders and ds games on it.

my is SanDisk 4gb (SDHC) and it doesn´t work then i restart the computer and it reads then i click on the card and it says please insert a disk into E drive but i put it on my wii and it works wtf :S

I have SanDisk 2gb micro sd card.I connected it with a usb micro sd reader.I was trying to download a song in the folder of the removal disk.It wasn't downloading so I removed hastily.And it doesnt work.

not sure if this is your problem but on my sd card it kept saying "disk is copyrite protected.." i saw a video on youtube and on the side of the disk, if you look closely there is a switch. flip upwards and copywrite is no more problem... gl

I had this problem with my DSTTi's card. But, something struck me as weird for when I got the problem, it started saying it didn't have the permission to add stuff. i got this with my regular SD card . . . 2GB . . . it did not appear at all on the laptop . . then it said "Card needs to be formatted" which i ignored (Thank God!) and then i put it in a day later and it appeared. . . so i Right clicked on the "Lexar Media" (the SD) and i chose Explore.. . . now it works! =D
