The twingo may not be the most beautiful car,but I can assure you,it's quit safe!It's doors are as heavy as hell,and the best thing is that although it's a small car,it has plenty if room on the inside!Plus it's very economical!!!

Die Fahrgastzelle ist nach dem Frontalcrash ja relativ intakt. Insofern ein "sicheres" Auto

So wie ich es in Erinnerung habe, waren die Testergebnisse für Frontalunfälle gut in der Kleinwagenkategorie. Schwächen hat der Twingo I vor allem beim Heckaufprall, allerdings sieht wohl jeder Kleinwagen alt aus, wenn ihm ein Mittelklassewagen oder 'n Kleinbus ungebremst ins Heck fährt. Letztlich will und sollte man in keinem Auto schwere Unfälle haben. Auch das beste Crashtest-Ergebnis ist keine Überlebensgarantie.
