I agree, I too would love to have this one back. I don't think the new one sucks, it just hasn't been around long enough for it grow on people. In 10 years from now everyone will forget about this version and the new one will be the only thing they will know.
@Saklez I think with how ingrained it is in the minds of Canadians it'll take quite a bit longer than 10 years to forget such a stellar theme. Just think, just hearing the opening chords still gives you chills... even now. And, it takes a while to come down from the high. No doubt, It'll take a while to forget it too.
This still gives me goose bumps.
