  • super video !

  • this radio is so sleek and well sexy! the colors are out standing the functions are amazing! 5 star video comrade.

  • The bandscope fiunction in ic-7000 is useless in comparision with ex. ic-756pro

  • I expect you know there's a composite video output on the back of the rig? It gives super video for demonstrating the 7000's features, but you do need a TV card or video capture card of some kind of course. Sorry if I'm telling you what you know already.

  • I have used a friends Ic-756 first version band scope.

Now the IC-7000 in different but its working.

  • I dont like how it keeps a memory

  • If you are refering to the blue behind the green then thats called peak hold and it can be turned off.

Unfortunatly the Band scope on the 7000 is no where near as good as on the 756 pro series 2 and 3. Other then that the 7000 is a great little rig.

on the The 756 pro 2 and 3 the band scope is real time and I believe it branches right of the first IF. Once you learn how to use it, it's hard to live with out.
