i really think bjj is an awsome way of fighting i think punching martial arts are a little over rated( dont get me wrong i think they can be useful) im just getting started in this but it looks awsome
Ultimate Fighting competitions are not "no holds barred". You can't bite, eye gouge, tear groins, etc.. They're matches. Not real life fights no matter hold effective or brutal they may be.
The Gentle Way and the Art of Softness essentially means the same thing. So the level of care in regards to its translation should equate to nothing considering that Jiu Jitsu, Judo and BJJ are all linked.
