I don't know if it is chemical peels, dermabrasion or just the makeup...but I have the 12" of Escapade and Janet's skin has never looked as flawless as it did here and during this era take a look at the "Alright' promo pics as well she has almost a spanish/puerto rican thing going on...not to say her skin is not beautiful now it was just something back then I have been trying to pinpoint for my own skin if anyone knows please let me know before I go back on tour fall 2009.
In 1990, my family and I got together to see the American Music Awards. I recorded it because my family would change the channel if nothing exciting was going on. I didn't want to miss a beat. Well, my family soon got tired of that VHS and particularly of Ms. Abdul and Ms. Jackson. All I did was play, forward, and rewind between the two performances. These performances were my first look into dance & choreography. I am now a pro dancer, choreographer, & teacher. Thank you so very much!

Not only were they not raised by whats-his-name, but the audience ACCEPTS thes talentless divas act like that (Rhianna anyone??). Obviously parading in barely there outfit is totally enough these days. Which means that we have very low standards.

Yeah you right about the audience....that is these kids parents fault....you have to teach your children what good music and a good performance is.....folks these days are just worried about Getting Money....no matter how they get it or what they sacrifice for it....Money is the Root of all Evil....You Can Not Make it your master....Cause whenever somebody sucks...someone will say...Well at least they making some money for it....hell prostitutes make money; doesn't mean I want to be one.

who cares if she's lipsyching!! It's an energetic performance. Singers these days lipsyching when they're just walking around the stage and not moving much (yes, you Britney!). She has a reason to lipsynch because she's dancing with so much energy!

Janet is So BAD!!! She is so beautiful!!! My mom has this recorded on a tape along with MC Hammer performance on Arsenio Hall and sum other videos like "Around the Way Girl" by LL COOL J. I feel like crying dude...the 90's are gone!!! Even tho I was a baby....doesnt matter becuz im still in the 90's....music is so dif. I was thought of when this came out tho. I was born Nov. 1991. I miss this Janet! Janet's performances, magazine covers & vids of the last 10 years have all been sex. It's as if she's saying, "my tits, my tits." "Can u c them?" "My tities." It's like, YES JANET, we've seen your tits. Now pose for Playboy already so we can move on. If I want to see tits I will look at porn. I don't know if it is chemical peels, dermabrasion or just the makeup...but I have the 12" of Escapade and Janet's skin has never looked as flawless as it did here and during this era take a look at the "Alright' promo pics as well she has almost a spanish/puerto rican thing going on...not to say her skin is not beautiful now it was just something back then I have been trying to pinpoint for my own skin if anyone knows please let me know before I go back on tour fall 2009.

In 1990, my family and I got together to see the American Music Awards. I recorded it because my family would change the channel if nothing exciting was going on. I didn't want to miss a beat. Well, my family soon got tired of that VHS and particularly of Ms. Abdul and Ms. Jackson. All I did was play, forward, and rewind between the two performances. These performances were my first look into dance & choreography. I am now a pro dancer, choreographer, & teacher. Thank you so very much!

anyway... janet isn't a natural dancer like paula... however she's good at picking up choreography... still i think she's a bit overrated as a dancer. it gets boring when she repeats the same dance on each chorus. the start was good.

Hey thanks for replying! I would "Love" to see that interview with the girl that caught the earring. Do U think U will ever upload it for people to see?I've always been a big fan and wished I could've seen her in concert!When Control came out that's when I was hooked,and when Rhythm Nation came out after I was like Whoa!! She was fierce and still is in my opinion. Hope she keeps going, but we can just hope and see what happens. If not,she and Michael have given us some great moments and music!
