I remember an exact quote from O'Reilly. He called the people "stoned slackers" who watch The Daily Show. And (since it's the more intelligent people who watch the Daily Show rather than O'Reilly) this must be some sort of abstract hint that getting stoned actually does make you smarter. lol
Well, drugs do open doors that can't normally be accessed. An example I can think of is former vocalist Layne Staley and his heroin addiction. The only problem with drugs (exception of pot unless you smoke 5 pounds a day) is they hook you into using them and then you pay the prices for using them.
