there is no reason to spend $ 100's of dollars buying these collection on snes, ps1 and ps2 when this collection is available ....whoever made this collection thanks you very much

Well RetroUSB (aka Retrozone) makes a SNES Retroport controller adapter to plug any SNES controller into the Gamecube and use it as a Gamecube controller (D-pad part only) meaning if you have the Mega Man X Collection for Gamecube you can map the SNES buttons to what they where on the real SNES MMX games saving you money buying the MMX collection instead of the real MMX SNES carts plus the SNES pad works well on the three PSX MMX games included on the MMX collection.

They upgraded to 32-bit with Mega Man X3. In my opinion, X3 is the best out of all of them.

It's a matter of opinion.

I don't see how the Anime cutscenes of MMX4 make it better, for in my opinion the gameplay is lacking in several areas.

My favorite is X1 generally because even though X2-6 introduced more features, more features come with more setbacks. I think the simplicity of X1made it overall a better game(though this is a matter of opinion). Though X1-6 are still great games, even though 2-6 have many flaws, and the only 1 in X1 that I see is the low difficulty.

Platform games always never been about graphics it's all about fun for this kind of game.

Sadly,i'm kinda sucked at platform games but Mega man x somehow is something that i loved and always

play it out of this collection.

man, the megaman game that marked my childhood ( 7-9) was Megaman X6...

that was a vice.... just couldn't pass trough those two "eyes" on the end of the game :(
