i just read that cats dont have the ability to suck up liquid as other animals do. their tongue barely touchs the liquid so fast that it creates a stream and they close their mouths quickly to trap the liquid in their mouths. they do this very quickly. it said they stick their tongue out 4 times a sec. this video proved it. thanks
