It just shows that the system made no attempt to 'lose' the evidence.
Whilst I in no way condone speeding, you have to admire his courage.

Oh I'm sorry coppers dont get away with speeding normally. He should have been banned. He's the keenest observer of our slightest misdeanour, he rants about "petrolhead" racing around his valleys, and then does the same and doesnt get banned. TIT.
