Our volunteer soldiers are our nation's most precious asset. We should strive to ensure our state uses them only in the utmost need. I would gladly argue politics with any returned soldier who's mad at me for my positions, while he or she is safe at home with their families, friends, and loved ones, and doesn't have to wonder if they'll be shot at again tomorrow.

And, much respect for your father!
