Nope it's in Gap-Tallard somewhere in the french alps . It's the heaven on earth for glider pilots. at 1:52 you can see the runway and you can compage in google earth: 44°27'24.23"N 6° 2'22.95"E

Good stuff. Looks like a Salto sailplane to me. Interesting he needed full airbrake / spoiler AND drogue chute to establish the steep glide angle needed to match the skydiver. Very nice formation work. Great photo angles. :-D

They tried different chute sizes to establish the glide angle of Jean Loic Albert with the wingsuit. As far as I remember, the glide ratio was about 1:3 at about 145km/h.
