  • Preciosa,m estimulante, agradable, genial.................

  • Benny Goodman is on this. Released in the States as "The Kolster Dance Orchestra" to promote their line of Electrically Amplified Phonographs and Radio line named "Kolster". I have the alternate take (w/no vocal) on the Diva label as Rudy Marlowe's Orchestra (Ben Selvin none the Less) backed by "Under a Texas Moon" by Bert Lown's Orchestra.

  • A Real winner! Wonderful music like this one a lot......Thanks for the post.

  • I love it! With Selvin one can hardly go wrong. An excellent record! Again the pictures you show are wonderful.

  • Wonderful, song, photos and Ben Selvin!

    Thanks You!! Perfect.

  • this is a most enjoyable recording

  • Music was changing by then (a lot) as this shows.....The "sweet" band sound was coming in.....Nice recording for dancing or just listening....

  • Mellow music. Remember my red frock with the ruffled skirt at 1:00?

  • Splendid tune, orchestration and vocal. The couples in the video are all answering with a resounding "yes".

  • Grzegorz, Whoever it is Smith or Scrappy, this is SENSATIONAL. You have created the PERFECT ROMANTIC VIDEO to complement this delightful song. Love all the couples but the perfect one is with MY BOY ALEKSANDER at 2:35 toasting in the New Year with a nice goblet of CHAMPAGNA! Thank you and Happy, Happy New Year 2009! :-)

  • It's definitely Smith Genia, and there's a great Goodman solo also. What a winner!

  • Of course it is SMITH, YOU are our WONDERFULD resident DATABASE. How nice it is to have you around. :-) Thanks Fred! I just love this song. Happy New Year 2009!

  • I knew you were sure it was Smith, but it gave me a chance to respond again and wish you and everyone else here a wonderful New Year.

  • This is remarkable, with a nice clean vocal. 5 stars I'm surprised I had never heard this song before.

  • Not Scrappy but Smith Ballew. One of the great Selvins. 5 stars
