I love training heavy! Just not a week out from a show. At that point, I can't afford an injury, plus there is no need when it isn't possible for further growth.
No secret, just consistency. High protein, high fat, (EFA's, fish oils etc.) 0 carbs (except leafy green veggies) 11 sessions of cardio each week and circuit type training this time around.
