@keymook26 I'm not a jeweler so I wouldn't know a real diamond from a fake as long as it looks good I don't care I'm not materialistic not like Paris Hilton or Kim K. And 8 carat isn't really that big I think anything after 10 carat isn't pushing it I would never wear a 15 carat or higher ring.

My ring is a good CZ so people are fooled that it is real. I bought the setting on Ebay so it's white gold with real small diamonds on the sides. I reall wanted a big stone for my ring without the huge price tag.

@EricaYE6 That's like asking how much does a car cost? If it's a VW bug, it may cost 20K, but if it's a Rolls Royce, it could cost 500K. What makes a diamond valuable besides the size (carat weight) is the color and the clarity primarily. A friend of mine inherited a 5 carat diamond, but because it was almost totally colorless and it was internally flawless, it was appraised @ 150K. So, it isn't just size that makes a diamond valuable.
