OMG I'm playing sky and I'm in Brine Cave, I just went into a room with a rebound orb, Silence orb, Via seed and Roll call orb and NO MONSTER HOUSE APPEARED (so lucky)

A monster house can occur when:

1. There are lots of wonder tiles in a room

2. There are lots of items

3. It is the room with the stairs

4. All of the above

when i get to a monster house, i use a totter/sleep orb and use vacuum cut (the only move that damages all in the room i have). Its funny because they all die at the same time and i get like 36000 experience at once

I'm never lucky with Monster Houses.

However, I do like doing those Outlaw Monster Houses in places like Beach Cave, Drenched Bluff, and other easy places. The hardest part is the Outlaw them self.

heres a little tip for those struggling through monster houses:

DONT USE FOE-SEAL ORBS!

use paralysis orbs, they disallow foes to move until you hit them. this way you can widdle away one pokemons health and not worry about the rest

lucky you just one monster house. for me i had seven from floor 12-19 bcuz i died there. my stupid partner didnt want to move so grovlyle could help out. so i said fuck it i whipped a a vacuum-cut and for some weird reason it missed everyone and kirlia did confusion on my turtwig and we lost.

Ugh I hated this place. I almost lost to the monster house I encountered higher up. What's worse it was at the stairs just like yours. Alakazam, Ninetales, Kirlia, and Vespiquen blocked the stairway. I eventually had to use the Warp Seed on Ricky my Munchlax to even save myself and him because I ran out of Reviver Seeds. It was a very close call.

XD When I got to the Monster Houses, I set my partner's tactic to "Get away from here." Then I attack the closest one as a turn space (Or the one that can use agility) while my partner moves back. I back up and follow them. Then I set the tactic back to "Let's go together", close the gap between us, and turn around to attack one at a time. Well, unless there are ghosts... then it's a problem.

Monster houses ar a breeze if your a pikachu with discharge! Unless theres a pokemon with the lightning rod abilitiy nearby!

Heres an easier way get 1 foe seal orb and get a pokemon with earthquake, use the foe seal orb then use earthquake Simple!

How did you get Skarmory so early in the game? Skarmory can only be caught in Sky Stairway, and you can only go there if you saved Scizor from Crevice Cave.

best thing for a monster house is the tm vacum cut 20-30 damage each time and it hits everything in sight clears out a monster house in 3-4 uses reaaaally helpful
